The Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) is a Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions.The board conducts entrance Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination for prospective undergraduates into Nigerian universities.
The board is also charged with the responsibility to administer similar examinations for applicants to Nigerian public and private monotechnics, polytechnics, and colleges of educations. All of these candidates must have obtained the West Africa School Certificate, now West African Examinations Council, WAEC, or its equivalent, National Examination Council (Nigeria), NECO.
Please Note that you cannot register JAMB by yourself, JAMB registration can only be done at the accredited JAMB CBT Centre Nationwide.

PROCESS OF REGISTRATION
- Create a Personal E-mail Address. [Make your email account available]
- Get an Active Personal Phone Number.
- Create your JAMB Profile code. [For jamb registration candidate will send his or her National Identification Number[NIN] by text [SMS] to 55019 or 66019 for his or her personal Gsm number. E.g. Write the word “NIN” then space and add your 11 digit NIN number and send to 55019 or 66019 in this format [NIN 00123456789]
- Buy JAMB e-PIN Online or from Any Bank Nationwide. [Purchase your jamb e-pin registration from bank by presenting the profile code to the point of procurement of form (Banks, MMOs, MFBs, Switches, USSD Partners). Banks like, Zenith Bank Plc., Skye Bank Plc., First Bank. The form E-pin is then sent as text message to the candidate.
- Get your National Identification Number (NIN). [Enroll for NIN, Jamb has made the use of NIN mandatory for Jamb Registration, so enroll for NIN if you do not have. NOTE: Do not use another person’s NIN for your jamb registration.
- Get your O’level / A ‘level Result Printout.
- Write down All your Bio data to Avoid Mistakes.
- Visit an Accredited Jamb center to complete registration
