What does Smj mean? The name just popped up sometimes ago. While he was young, people addressed him as Samuel Junior, but when he joined The Extreme Crew, somebody gave him the acronym SMJ instead of the regular Samuel Junior and that was how he came about the name SMJ.
Wole Oni
Irewole Samuel Oni popularly known by his stage name Wole Oni, he is a Nigerian born songwriter, Jazz artist, and music producer. He was Born in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria, Wole was a graduate of the University of Lagos where he studied Computer Science. He started playing percussion instruments at the age of seven in the early 80’s.
He later trained as a classical pianist and replaced his father as the church organist at St. Andrew Anglican Church, Akure where he developed his music skills and talent.
