An operative of the New Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team of the Nigeria Police Force has been spotted on the roadside going through a young man’s phone.
The security operative carried out the act despite warnings from the Inspector-General of Police who stated that it is “unlawful” for them to do so without any warrant.
