A tragic incident occurred in Takoradi, the capital of the Western Region of Ghana as a thief was beaten to death in front of his mother.
Local news platforms reported that Nana Kwadwo Duah, a thief, was beaten by their neighbours in Fijai for stealing.
Eyewitnesses revealed that the 30-year-old thief has terrorized residents of Fijai for far too long with his thieving.
They found him stealing again around 3 a.m. on Wednesday April 6, and decided to put an end to it.
It was gathered that his mother’s tears and appeals were insufficient to stop him from getting jungle justice.
His distraught mother revealed that her son was stealing to pay a debt created from a television set he stole from another neighbour.
