Popular Nigerian singer and Marlian Music artist better known as Rexxie in an interview disclosed that he has met the Marlian president, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley.
According to NLvibes who posted the video of the interview on his Instagram page, He said he was scared when he went to meet the rapper for the first time because he heard he was from the United Kingdom and he did not know anything about him.
Speaking in an interview with journalist, Adesope Olajide, the ‘Opor’ crooner said he and Kesh wanted to feature Naira Marley on a song. According to Rexxie, he took his production system with him when they visited the Marlian President and they recorded multiple songs in one day.
He explained that Naira called him back and that was how he was welcomed to the Marlian Music family. NLvibes continued saying Rexxie said the ‘Tesumole’ crooner believed in him at the time and that is what helped him to become the artiste people know today.
